Returning products
– When can I return products?
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. These 14 days start on the day you received the products. You should return the products as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after receipt. We will not charge you for processing the returned order and making the credit note provided the products are returned in original packaging and there are no installation and usage traces. The shipping costs are for your account.
– How can you return products?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, we ask you to inform us by email: info@ledelux.nl. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
– When will I receive my money back if I return something?
The purchase amount will be refunded by Led-e-Lux supply BV as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the return.
– What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal (also called return right) is a legally established reflection period, whereby you, as a consumer, have 14 days to view an article and return it without giving a reason.
– How do I make use of the right of withdrawal?
You can use your right of withdrawal up to 14 days after delivery of your order, without giving any reason, in text form (post or e-mail) or by returning the item. For this you can simply send an email stating that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. If you then return an item, please ensure that you return it to us in its original condition and packaging.
